SilMach develops innovative breakthrough MEMS technologies dedicated to:
- health monitoring of structures ("ChronoMems" technology),
- motorization of nomadic systems and/or scientific instruments ("PMS" technology).
In addition to "PMS" and "ChronoMems" technologies, SilMach also investigates exploratory technologies dedicated to the "fusion"
of mechanics, electronics and energy on a silicon substrate ("Micro bionics" technology).
Thus, SilMach ambition aims to overcome conventional integration of components through the fusion of energy on the silicon chip level.
Accordingly, "Micro bionics" technology is expected to open new miniaturization perspectives for nomadic applications.
