In addition to PMS and ChronoMEMS technologies, SilMach also investigates exploratory technologies dedicated to the "fusion" of mechanics, electronics and energy on a silicon substrate (Microbionics technology). Thus, SilMach ambition aims to overcome conventional integration of components through the fusion of energy on the silicon chip level. Accordingly, microbionics technology is expected to open new miniaturization perspectives for nomadic applications.
