PRELIMINARY CALCULATIONS
A first step of preliminary calculations allows for the definition and calculation of the parameters to be considered for the design of your systems/components.
DESIGN & SIMULATIONS
We design your MEMS components and systems using the latest CAD technologies. The stages of numerical simulations allow for the theoretical validation of the proper functioning of your project.
CAD DESIGN
Following the review of your specifications and thanks to the initial preliminary calculations, our experts are modelling your MEMS components and systems in 3D using the best professional CAD software.
SIMULATIONS
To validate that the silicon components or MEMS systems correctly meet your specifications and technical constraints.
For the simulations, we use Ansys® software.
PROTOTYPING AND VALIDATION
We produce prototypes of your MEMS components and systems in a clean room and validate their proper functioning and compliance with the specifications on our test benches.
LAYOUT
Once modeled in 3D, your MEMS components are replicated onto a mask (layout). This is the preliminary step to etching by DRIE.
ACHIEVEMENT
SilMach can produce and assemble your MEMS components for prototyping needs, as well as for small and medium series.
TEST AND CHARACTERISATION
Validation of the quality of the components produced. Tests on test benches (Cyclic, Acceleration, deformation, Temperature, vibration).
PRODUCTION
Once your MEMS component or system has been designed, we are able to manufacture and assemble them, from TRL1 to TRL9.
