DEPTH OF ENGRAVING
As an expert in deep etching (DRIE), SilMach has a wide range of techniques to produce your silicon parts from a few microns thick to several hundred microns, in single-layer silicon wafer or double-layer structure wafer (SOI: Silicon On Insulator).
POST-TREATMENT & FINISHING
The hybrid MEMS products from SilMach have required the development of numerous post-processing and finishing techniques: surface oxidation of silicon, thermal treatment, deposition of thin films by sputtering or material evaporation, etc. We provide all of this expertise for your projects.
